We attended this office for estate planning and wills, which were a free service via our union. After 5 months I reached out to see where the documents were and they were still in progress. I touched base on several occasions and the contact person omitted to ever return my calls or email me with any updates. After several weeks I finally got to speak to her and she said she had not received any of my messages which I find very hard to believe. I cancelled my needs at this point. Just goes to show, free services are not free if you can?t get any service!
