David Kelly Lawyers was established in 2008. David, a Police officer for 13 years, qualified as a Police Prosecutor and Detective. As a Prosecutor he appeared daily in Court in matters ranging from Police charges, AVO's, RMS matters, Fisheries prosecutions and Coronial Investigations.

As a Detective, David investigated every type of crime imaginable ranging from Complex Drug matters, Serious Assaults, Armed Robberies, Arson and Murder. David was awarded a Commissioners Commendation for his Investigative work with the Homicide Unit.

Whilst practicing as a Criminal Lawyer David utilizes this experience to the benefit of his clients. David is a member of Legal Aid Serious Crime Panel and General Crime Panel. He is currently representing clients charged with Murder, Kidnapping, Arson,
